My match ended unexpectedly
If your opponent disconnects mid-duel, the match is scored as a forfeit in their favor loss column, not counted against your win rate. If a duel froze or errored out on your end, tell us your rank and roughly when it happened, and we'll look into it.
I want a refund for a purchase
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple directly, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I want to delete my account
Email us from the address linked to your account and ask for deletion. We'll confirm once it's done — see our privacy policy for what's removed versus retained.
I found a bug
Tell us what you were doing right before it happened, your device model, and your app version (found in Settings inside the app). Screenshots or a screen recording help enormously.
