This policy explains what Mindisles collects when you play, and what we do with it. If anything here doesn't match how the game actually works, treat the game's real behavior as what needs fixing — this page should describe reality, not the other way around.
What we collect
To run matches and keep your progress, we collect:
- Account information — a username, and an email address if you use email to sign in.
- Gameplay data — match results, win/loss/draw history, rank, and in-match actions needed to run a live duel between two players.
- Device and technical data — device type, OS version, app version, and crash or performance logs, used to fix bugs.
- Purchase data — if you buy anything in the app, Apple processes the payment directly; we receive confirmation of the purchase, not your card details.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data to third parties, and we don't use your gameplay data to build advertising profiles outside the app.
How we use it
Account and gameplay data run the core game: matchmaking, live duels, rank and stats. Device and crash data help us find and fix problems. Your email, if provided, is used for account recovery and, if you contact support, to reply to you.
Who we share it with
Apple, to process purchases and deliver the app. Any infrastructure providers that host our servers, strictly to operate the game — they don't get to use your data for their own purposes.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account entirely by emailing support@mindisles.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal identifiers; anonymized match records that don't identify you may be kept for game balance and leaderboard integrity.
Children
Mindisles isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data in transit and at rest, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
